This project entailed the renewal of the retail website of Wish&Cook to serve clients with automated personalised meals taking great care to address food concerns.

As a full UX Designer I worked closely with backend and frontend developers and the nutrionist/project manager, as well as the engineers in charge of the machinery, in order to plan the best solution for potential customers.

The goal was to create a platform that can allow you to both to personalise your meals to your special needs (e.g. food intolerances or allergies) but also making a familiar experience of creating a new recipe for a cooked meal.

Using familiar user flows of food retail and creating an user flow of meal creation based on the classic way chefs and the average person write a recipe was the choice to concilliate the automation of food cooking with a humane experience. With time constrictions most of the research was based on existing data on food retail. The platform of food ordering was designed to work in 3 supports, including in loco on the machin kiosk.
